TSC Allstar Rules         Normal football rules apply except No offside.   Goalkeepers may pick the ball up from a back pass, but have to throw or roll the ball out.   When a player scores a goal they must go in goal for their team until someone else scores for their side.   Goalkeepers are not allowed out of their area.  If a goalkeeper steps out of his area a penalty will be awarded.   Out-players are not allowed in the goalkeeper’s area.   A penalty will be awarded if a player steps in their penalty area.  A free kick will be awarded if a player steps in the opponent’s area.   All matches to last 10 minutes.
